Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen is reportedly snub advances from Manchester United during the forthcoming transfer window.
The Denmark international has no intention of prolonging his stay with the north London giants and he is on course to leave on a free transfer when his contract expires next summer.
Owing to this, there has been the speculation that Spurs may sanction his sale at the midway stage of the season but the Dane appears intent on staying put for the campaign.
According to The Star, the Red Devils are prepared to make a renewed attempt to sign Eriksen at the turn of the year but their prospects of landing him appears unlikely.
Eriksen is willing to see out the remainder of his current contract and that would permit him to command a significant signing-on fee from whomever he joins at the end of the campaign.
Juventus and Real Madrid could emerge as favourites to sign him in such a situation next summer and the latter are said to be the Dane's preferred destination.
