Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly angry after Erling Haaland decided to snub the Red Devils for a January move to Borussia Dortmund.
The Norwegian forward was fancied to reunite with Solskjaer at Old Trafford earlier this month and there was a hint after the manager personally met with his former Molde player.
However, in a surprise sequence of events, Haaland ended up signing for Dortmund for a fee of around £20m and this has certainly angered Solskjaer, who was keen on the youngster's services.
According to The Mail, Solskjaer had identified the 19-year-old as a priority target and he is now furious by the fact that the teenager chose a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Solskjaer had wanted the ex-Red Bull Salzburg star to replace the departed Romelu Lukaku and he reckons that the club are thin on frontline options at the moment.
Haaland, who has netted 28 goals for Salzburg this term, will have his second chance of playing in the Champions League next year after his former side were ousted at the group stage.
