Manchester United are reportedly prepared to accept a package of around £83m for the services of midfielder Paul Pogba this summer.
Pogba has openly revealed the desire to pursue a fresh challenge from the club and it appears that they will sanction his sale during the off-season.
It was previously indicated that United won't accept anything less than £148m for the sale of their midfielder but The Guardian reports that they have significantly reduced the price to £83m.
Pogba has managed just seven league appearances in an injury-plagued season and that has somewhat contributed to the decision to lower the price tag for his services.
Real Madrid and Juventus are both monitoring the proceedings of the Frenchman, who is expected to return to first-team action next month following an ankle surgery.
Pogba, who has effectively two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, has recently stepped up with his strengthening and conditioning training ahead of his injury comeback.
