  • Man Utd could have used Solskjaer after the injury of Saha this year, but it appears that Solskjaer will be unable to continue his career after his knee injury has ruined his season.

The player had signed for 1.5m when he joined Man Utd and was part of the side that won the Champions League for Man Utd.

"I would like to thank the manager, the coaching and medical staff and most of all the supporters, who have supported me through my career," Solskjaer told the club's official website.
