Manchester United are scheduled to host Manchester City in the Premier League this evening.
The Red Devils have beaten the Cityzens on two occasions this term and they will be eyeing another victory against their cross-town rivals to enhance their Champions League prospects.
Predicted Lineup:
David de Gea is expected to start in goal. Solskjaer is likely to prefer a three-man central defence and he should revert to the combination of Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw, which has proved successful earlier this year.
At right wing-back, Aaron Wan-Bissaka should get the nod, provided he has overcome a back injury. Brandon Williams is likely to return to the starting mix on the opposite end.
In the centre of the park, one of Nemanja Matic, Fred or Scott McTominay may have to sit out. We are anticipating McTominay to do so, given he has played three games on the bounce after the recent injury comeback.
In the frontline, Bruno Fernandes will definitely feature in the number 10 slot. Anthony Martial and Odion Ighalo could start upfront together. The latter has bagged three goals from his previous two starts for the Red Devils.
