Manchester United have reportedly informed Borussia Dortmund that they won't be willing to pay more than £50m for the services of Jadon Sancho this summer.

  • The England international recently concluded his season with the German giants with 20 goals and 20 assists across all competitions and it has been suggested that he may have played his final game for the club.

United have been touted as the favourites to secure his services, but it appears that they are unlikely to meet Dortmund's £100m price tag for the former Manchester City graduate.

According to Sky Sports' James Cooper, the Mancunian giant are open to signing Sancho this summer but they have made it clear that they won't pay anything over £50m for his signature.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are said to be among the elite clubs monitoring his situation, but they are in a similar predicament amid the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Sancho's current deal with Dortmund expires in two years' time and reports have emerged that he has turned down a new and improved contract with a view to a possible summer exit.
