Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has confirmed a fresh injury blow ahead of the weekend's Premier League clash against Liverpool.
The west London giants started their campaign with a 3-1 win at Brighton & Hove Albion, but they were far from their best.
Ahead of Sunday's clash against the Reds, Lampard has confirmed that Pulisic will be unavailable as he is still struggling with the hamstring injury picked up against Arsenal in the FA Cup final last month.
Meanwhile, Ben Chilwell and Hakim Ziyech will continue to wait for their debuts as they are still recovering from their respective injuries while Thiago Silva is short of match fitness.
The Blues have, however, received some good news with Timo Werner available after overcoming a dead leg suffered against the Seagulls on the road last weekend.
"Chilwell is not ready for the game, neither is Christian Pulisic. We hope they will work well during the week. Hakim Ziyech is also not ready for the game. Werner is fit, though," He told.
Chelsea lost both of their matches against Liverpool in the Premier League last term, but Lampard will be hoping for a much better performance this time around.
