Arsenal have not held any discussions with midfielder Mesut Ozil regarding a possible contract termination.
The German has fallen completely out-of-favour under Mikel Arteta since the project restart and he has not played a single minute in any competition.
A recent report revealed that the Gunners want to part ways with Ozil at the earliest and they may look to terminate his deal by the turn of the year.
However, according to ESPN, the north London side have not held any talks with Ozil regarding the same and he is expected to honour the remainder of his £350,000-a-week contract which expires in June 2021.
Ozil has recently been left out of the 25-man squad for the Europa League group stage and he is likely to be omitted from the Premier League squad later this month.
Aside from Ozil, Sokratis is another player, who has gone out-of-favour. The Greek was linked with a move to Napoli this summer, but the transfer failed to materialise. His deal also expires at the end of the season.
