Jay Jay Okocha could be returning to England after Hull City made an offer for the out of contract player. The ambitious side has offered a two year deal at the club to the ex Bolton midfielder.
The player has been looking for a new club all summer, and Hull City will be keen to add such a talented player to their squad, as they continue their promotion push.
