Inter Milan could propose to sign Chelsea midfielder Jorginho in a potential swap deal involving Christian Eriksen.
Jorginho has been regularly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, but he continues to remain a valuable player.
Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard as the new head coach last month and Jorginho has since started every league game.
According to Calciomercato, the Nerazzurri are willing to negotiate a swap deal for Jorginho which could see Eriksen move in the opposite direction.
While the Blues are interested in Eriksen, they are not keen on the proposal and would prefer to sell Jorginho in a straight-cash agreement.
Meanwhile, Jorginho's agent has recently said that the midfielder may consider a return to Napoli, should he leave the Blues in the future.
Jorginho has made 120 appearances for the Blues since arriving from Napoli for £51m during the 2018 summer transfer window.
He has more than two years remaining on his Chelsea contract.
