Romelu Lukaku has decided to stay with Inter Milan next season despite a lucrative contract offer from Chelsea.
The Blues are looking for an elite striker this summer, and Lukaku is one of their top targets for the transfer window.
According to The Express, the club's hierarchy recently made a lucrative contract proposal to Lukaku via his agent.
However, the Belgian turned down the offer on the table, and he has no plans of leaving the Nerazzurri this summer.
It was previously suggested that the departure of manager Antonio Conte could pave the way for Lukaku's exit from San Siro.
That has not been the case. Lukaku is determined to stay with Inter after holding fruitful talks with new boss Simone Inzaghi.
Inter recently sold Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain for €60m to balance their books for the financial year.
They don't need to sell anyone else, but are open to significant bids. Lukaku looks set to stay for the forthcoming campaign.
