The 24-year-old left Bournemouth for the Europa League holders this summer after they paid a fee of around £21 million.

He has since excelled for the La Liga outfit, bagging five goals and one assist from just eight appearances in all competitions.

According to Football Insider, the Whites have entered the player\'s pursuit following his Champions League masterclass last week.
