Barcelona could offer stiff competition to Arsenal to sign Alexander Isak next summer, according to AS.
The Sweden international has been one of the Gunners' long-term targets, and they are planning a future approach.
However, it appears that they could face competition from the Blaugrana, who have watched him closely.
Isak has been with Real Sociedad for the past two years, where he has been building his reputation up front.
He was linked with a move away from the club over the summer before he signed a new long-term contract.
His release clause has been increased to €90 million with the renewal, but Sociedad could sell him for €60m.
The Blaugrana can't afford him at the moment due to the spending restrictions imposed by Spanish La Liga.
They plan to offload several players to reduce their excess wage bill and are optimistic of spending freely next summer.
The interest from the Catalan giants could prove a blow for the Gunners, who see Isak as Alexandre Lacazette's replacement.
