Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to part ways with Dele Alli when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
Alli was linked with a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, but club president Daniel Levy opted to keep him.
However, the decision has not proved worthwhile with the playmaker struggling for form during the first half of the season.
He has barely played in the Premier League lately, and did not make the squad for Carabao Cup tie against Burnley in midweek.
According to The Athletic, the north London club are now more open to parting ways with Alli as he is not in the plans of Nuno.
It is added that Newcastle United could look to swoop for his services in the next transfer window ahead of Paris Saint-Germain.
Alli has less than three years left on his current contract. Spurs are reportedly looking to secure at least £25m through his sale in January.
