Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix has said that he is not aware of any interest from Manchester United this summer.
The Red Devils were said to be eyeing a new marksman towards the end of the transfer window and Felix was one of the players linked.
It was claimed that they had made a stunning €130m bid for his services, but Atletico made it clear that he was not for sale this summer.
When pressed on the reported interest, Felix said that he did not hear anything and such things are dealt by the president of the club.
He said: "I didn't hear anything..so that was something for the president to deal with."
United did reinforce their attack before the deadline with Ajax's Antony, and he has already proved a success, scoring on debut against Arsenal.
Antony is a right-sided winger by trade. United could still move for a specialist centre-forward as Cristiano Ronaldo may leave in January.
