Galliani: No Ronaldinho

Galliani: No Ronaldinho

05 May 2008 - 14:39

The Vice President and transfer supremo of AC Milan has admitted that it is highly unlikely that the Brazilian will be playing for them next season.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • It is well known that Adriano Galliani had met with Gaucho's brother and agent, Roberto de Assis, but he now admits that the deal has all but collapsed.

Speaking after the 2-1 derby win over Inter, Galliani said "The fans shouldn't be disappointed.”

“In fact, they should be happy because we are world champions and we won the derby."

It is thought that Ronaldinho had already agreed personal terms with the Italian giants but it appears as if the two clubs were miles apart in their valuations.

So with it looking unlikely that the Brazilian playmaker will be joining Milan, it is expected that the likes of Chelsea, Inter and Manchester City will be the next in line to try and secure his signature.
