Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that he has no complaints following the club's 1-1 Premier League draw at Southampton.
The Gunners had a dominating first half display against the Saints on the road, but scored on just one occasion through Granit Xhaka.
They failed to capitalise on several clear-cut chances and eventually paid the price with the Saints levelling up in the 65th minute.
Speaking after the game, Arteta said that he has no excuses for the stalemate as his team simply failed to put their chances away.
He said: "No complaints. This is football. We were really good in the first half and totally controlled the game. We created loads of big chances that we didn't put away."
Despite the draw, the Gunners stay top of the Premier League standings, but they are just two points ahead of reigning champions Manchester City.
The north London giants will be in Europa League action at PSV in midweek before hosting Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
Arteta is bound to rotate his starting line-up again. The Gunners need a draw against PSV on Thursday to finish top of their Europa League group.
