Manchester United have been linked with a surprise move for Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams ahead of the New Year.
The United States international joined the Whites from RB Leipzig last summer and he has already proved an excellent signing.
The 23-year-old has excelled with his strong tackling in the centre of the park and this has caught the eye of the Red Devils.
According to Football Insider, United have identified Adams as a potential option, having followed his progress from his Leipzig days.
However, it won\'t be easy to prise him away anytime soon from Leeds. Adams signed a five-year contract with the club earlier this year.
He is considered as an undisputed starter when fit and it could take a staggering fee in the region of £50 million to persuade them to sell.
United are currently considering the futures of Fred and Donny van de Beek and both could leave at the end of the ongoing campaign.
