Arsenal's chairman Peter Hill-Wood has scotched speculation that Arsene Wenger's new contract is full of get-out clauses.

Hill-Wood said: “It is a very straightforward contract.



“No break clauses and nothing unusual in it at all.



“We were confident that he would sign but it’s very nice that we can now announce the contract has been signed.”
