Manchester United are most interested in signing Barcelona's Memphis Depay at the beginning of the New Year.
The Dutchman left Old Trafford in January 2017 but he has since been linked with a reunion on several occasions.
The 28-year-old was touted to join them from Lyon on a free transfer last year but he ended up signing for Barcelona.
It is now reported that Depay could make his comeback in January with Barcelona prepared to sanction his sale.
Depay will enter the final six months of his deal this winter and Barcelona are ready to sell him for a nominal price.
United are the most interested team, according to AS, but there could be more clubs entering the race in the near future.
United will be hoping that Depay chooses them. The Dutchman may want a second chance to prove himself in England.
Chelsea and Arsenal have also been linked with the versatile attacker, who can play as a left winger or a centre-forward.
