Manchester United have been handed a huge boost in signing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong.
The Dutchman has been heavily linked with United over the past few months and they could make a serious approach for him this summer.
The Red Devils have now been handed a boost with Leverkusen prepared to offload the 22-year-old at the end of the season.
According to Bild, the Bundesliga outfit are planning a mega upheaval for next season and are ready to sell their prized assets.
Frimpong is one of those that could leave for the right price. United are likely to be the front-runners to land his services.
United boss Erik ten Hag is keen on replacing Aaron Wan-Bissaka with a new right-back, who can compete with Diogo Dalot.
Frimpong would be perfect for the role, considering he is an attacking full-back, who can make regular goal contributions as well.
He could be prised away for around €25m in the next transfer window.
