His form has caught the eye of Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, but the latter are likely to miss out on him.
Osimhen has the clear preference of playing in the English top-flight and Chelsea and United are favourites to land his services.
Napoli have not set their asking price for the striker, but it is widely claimed that they could demand around €150m to part ways with him.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has been a difficult negotiator over the years and he is unlikely to offer any discount for Osimhen.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea or United are prepared to break the bank for the 24-year-old star during the next transfer window.
