Manchester United have been handed a big injury blow ahead of the Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Red Devils face the north London side on the road on Thursday and ahead of the game, Bruno Fernandes is doubtful.
The Portuguese played most of the FA Cup semi-final against Brighton on Sunday despite picking up an early knock.
Fernandes managed to keep the intensity despite the injury concern but it seems that he could be unavailable in midweek.
He was completely exhausted in extra-time at the Wembley Stadium and ESPN claim that he will need to be assessed.
The news will come as a huge blow for the Red Devils, considering he has been the club's best creator of key chances.
In his absence, Marcel Sabitzer and Christian Eriksen need to step up such that United can beat Spurs away from home.
United are currently six points ahead of Spurs for the fourth position and have two games in hand. They should be favourites to beat them.
