Manchester United wonderkid Alejandro Garnacho has ended speculation over his future by penning a new long-term deal.
The Argentine has had a wonderful breakthrough season at United, scoring four goals and registering five assists from 1,000 minutes.
United opened talks to extend his stay at the beginning of the year and they have now reached an agreement with him over a renewal.
As per the club's official website, he has put pen-to-paper on a fresh five-year contract with the option to extend for another campaign.
United will be delighted to see Garnacho's commitment, considering Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid were keeping tabs on him.
The former have been closely tracking him over the past few months and United will be pleased that Garnacho has prolonged his stay.
Garnacho has been sidelined with an ankle injury for the past six weeks but he is likely to make his comeback over the coming games.
He has reportedly returned to training ahead of the Aston Villa clash.
