Manchester United are reportedly among the front-runners to land Napoli striker Victor Osimhen at the end of the season.
The Nigerian has been in splendid form for the Naples outfit this term, bagging 27 goals from 34 games in all competitions.
His showing has caught the eye of elite European clubs but Corriere della Sera claim that United are best placed to land him.
Napoli currently value the 24-year-old at €150 million and it is claimed that only Premier League clubs and Real Madrid can afford him.
The report further states that the Red Devils could be favourites for the player, having been in constant contact with his entourage.
United were unsuccessful with an ambitious swap deal involving Cristiano Ronaldo last summer and could break the bank this time around.
It is quite clear that a new striker is required to take them to the next level and Osimhen would be the perfect acquisition for long-term success.
Osimhen has already revealed his dream of playing in the Premier League.
