Chelsea's busy transfer market looks set to continue, as the Blues prepare a transfer offer to sign Austrian starlet Dijon Kameri from Red Bull Salzburg. The 19-year-old is seen as Austria's brightest young prospect, and is already valued by RB Salzburg at around 18 million euros.
Kameri can play for either Austria or Kosovo and he has yet to make a decision on his international future, but is widely expected to choose the former. The 19-year-old is comfortable playing anywhere in central midfield, but in an attacking role is where Kameri truly shines. This season he has already played four times for his club, scoring one goal in the OFB-Cup, and three appearances in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Chelsea will be mindful of any further expenditure, as the threat of Financial Fair Play could disrupt any transfer plans the team have, that being said the Blues have tied several young players down to long-term deals of around seven or eight years, which technically works around the FFP rule.
Kameri is said to be open to a move to England.
