Manchester United have suffered a fresh injury ahead of the Champions League meeting against Bayern Munich tomorrow.
The Red Devils have had a poor Premier League campaign so far, picking up only six points from their first five matches.
This has included back-to-back losses and they face another tough challenge when they face Bayern on the road tomorrow.
Ahead of the game, Erik ten Hag has confirmed a fresh setback with Harry Maguire suffering an injury in team training.
The former captain was available in the open session earlier today, but he did not travel with his teammates for the game.
With Maguire injured, United's defensive options have been depleted further. They have travelled with five defenders.
Victor Lindelof, Lisandro Martinez, Sergio Reguilon and Diogo Dalot are set to start tomorrow. Jonny Evans will be on the bench.
Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are injured while Varane is not match fit for tomorrow's game.
