Manchester United have an interest in signing both Antonio Silva and Goncalo Inacio at the end of the season, according to Record.
The Red Devils failed to sign a top-class centre-back during the recent transfer window due to their Financial Fair Play situation.
They are now likely to wait until next summer and Record claim that the club are interested in landing Benfica's Silva and Sporting's Inacio.
Silva made his first-team debut for Benfica last season and he has since developed into one of the most sought-after young defenders.
The centre-back has been brilliant with the ball at his feet but has also excelled with his tackling and ability to make regular clearances.
Inacio is three years elder than Silva at 22, but he has been earning rave reviews for his performances for his club over the past 12 months.
Both players could be destined for the Premier League in future and it remains to be seen whether they will end up together at United.
