Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was full of praise for Oleksandr Zinchenko following the club's 3-1 Premier League win over Burnley.
The Gunners returned to winning ways in the top-flight earlier today. They controlled the proceedings over the course of 90 minutes.
Zinchenko was one of the outstanding performers in the game. He scored the club's third goal with a brilliant karate kick motion.
Defensively, he was also at the top of his game. The left-back won 14 duels and five tackles. He had an outstanding 116 touches.
Speaking after the game, Arteta said that Zinchenko showed great determination with his attacking and defending.
He said via BBC Sport: "Zinchenko was brilliant today, attacking and defending. He showed great determination."
With the victory, Arsenal have moved to second in the league standings with the same number of points as leaders Manchester City.
The Cityzens play their game in hand against Chelsea on the road tomorrow. The Gunners will be hoping for a surprise loss.
