"I would love to play in Spain"

Cristiano Ronaldo's future in Manchester United hangs in uncertainty as a result of the recent comments made by the player himself. Real Madrid has always shown keen interest in signing the explosive winger, the new remarks by the player is a welcome message to them and a 'real' bombshell in the United camp.

  • Manchester United will face Chelsea in Moscow next Wednesday in the Champions League final and to add to the tension, Ronaldo has revealed that he will consider his United future after the final. The latest reports suggest that he has hinted a summer move to Spain. "I am happy here but let’s see what happens after the Champions League final. I am feeling calm here, but in the future I don’t know. I’ve said millions of times that I’d love to play in Spain.”



    Ronaldo has been the architect behind United's success this season in the premier league and the champions league, inviting keen interest from the Spanish giants Real Madrid. The Real Madrid president, Ramon Calderon, has openly declared interest in signing the player no matter what the asking price be. The comments made by Ronaldo will surely make the Los Merengues management more happy and confident that they would be able to land him in the Spanish capital for next season. Regarding compliments from the Whites president, Ronaldo said " I like that. It is good to know that they like my game. It is nice to know that they are interested."
