Manchester United have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot at the end of the campaign.
Rabiot was close to joining the Red Devils from the Bianconeri in the summer of 2022, but a deal fell through due to disagreement over personal terms.
The midfielder decided to continue with the Bianconeri as a result, but he is expected to pursue a new challenge this summer.
His current deal expires at the end of June and he has no plans of renewing his stay on the same salary proposal, as per Sport.
Hence, he is already on the hunt for a new club and it is claimed that both Arsenal and United are interested in landing him.
Rabiot was previously requesting a weekly wage package of £165,000-a-week and he could now demand higher than that.
Since Rabiot will be available on a free transfer, he could expect a higher weekly salary or a significant signing-on bonus.
