Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has revealed that he was nursing a minor injury during the 3-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League.
The England international recently missed the 2-0 win over Luton with a thigh issue, but he was back in the starting line-up against the Seagulls.
Saka missed a glorious chance to open the scoring for the Gunners, but he eventually managed to do so from a penalty won by Gabriel Jesus.
The Gunners graduate was substituted shortly after the hour mark and when pressed on it, he admitted that he was struggling on the playing field.
He said: "I was struggling, but as long as I have two legs I will give everything - I want to be on the pitch."
Saka has been a key player for the Gunners this campaign and he has registered 17 goals and provided 13 assists from 39 outings.
His form has not been the best over the past three to four games, but Saka will be eager to contribute for the Gunners in the season run-in.
