Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has praised the character and resilience of his players after the 2-2 Premier League draw at Bournemouth.
The Red Devils went into the game on a three-match winless run and they had the opportunity to end the streak with a convincing performance.
However, they struggled to dominate the proceedings from the off and they were fortunate in the end to pick up a point from the South Coast trip.
Speaking after the game, Ten Hag was pleased with the overall performance and praised his team for fighting back twice.
He said: "We have a team that is resilient, has character, we want to win.Twice we fought back from losing positions."
With the result, United have now dropped to seventh in the league standings behind Newcastle United, currently on goal difference.
With six games to play and a 10-point deficit to fourth-placed Aston Villa, they look set to miss out on Champions League football.
