PSV Eindhoven have been linked with a move for Croatian international forward Igor Budan this summer. Budan plays for Parma, who were on Sunday relegated from the top flight of Serie A.
There is expected to be a clear out at Parma this summer, and Budan is one of the more talented members of the side.
Valued at around £3 million, a move for Budan would prove no problem for PSV, who have over £12 million to spend on new players this summer.
The 28 year old forward has been one of Parma's better players this year, and is expected to arrive at PSV to compete with Danny Koevermans up front.
