Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has his sights on joining either Arsenal or Chelsea during this summer's transfer window.

The 25-year-old signed a new long-term deal with Napoli earlier this term, but there is a release clause worth €130 million.

Napoli are willing to accept around €90m up front for a transfer and reports claim that Osimhen is wanted by several elite clubs.

Paris Saint-Germain have already explored the possibility of signing him, but Gianluca Di Marzio claims that the striker has other plans.

Osimhen has publicly spoken about his dream of playing in the Premier League and prefers to sign for Arsenal or Chelsea.

Arsenal don't seem to be interested in him at the moment. They are currently focused on signing Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting.

Chelsea could be Osimhen's next destination, but the Blues are currently not in a position to meet the transfer demands of Napoli.

The Blues may need to recoup funds to balance their books first before making a formal approach to sign the former Lille man.
