Arsenal playmaker Kai Havertz has said that he is going to be the biggest fan of Tottenham Hotspur when they host Manchester City in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
The Germany international has been in splendid form since mid-February and he registered his seventh assist of the campaign in the 1-0 win over Manchester United today.
Speaking after the victory, Havertz admitted that he will be supporting Spurs in midweek as the Gunners require Manchester City to drop points to lift the league title.
He said: "I am going to be the biggest fan of Tottenham ever! Let’s hope for the best."
Arsenal have returned to the top of the league table with 86 points from 37 games, but City can regain their advantage. They are one point behind with a match in hand.
City travel to north London to face Spurs on Tuesday. They have not won a league game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but will be go into the game as favourites.
