Manchester United could propose a player-plus-cash deal to sign Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries at the end of the season.

  • The Dutchman has been linked with the Red Devils for some period of time and reports claim that he would like to join the club.

Inter Live now claim that United could propose a part-exchange deal for the 28-year-old with Donny van de Beek moving the other way.

However, the Nerazzurri are not keen on the transfer offer and prefer to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka instead from the Red Devils.

Inter are currently eyeing €20m for Dumfries in case of a player-plus-cash deal. It remains to be seen whether United accept their demands.

Wan-Bissaka will enter the final year of his United deal in July and the hierarchy have already made the decision to part ways with him.

Aside from Wan-Bissaka, the likes of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof could also be sold during the next transfer window.
