Manchester United have been handed a big boost in signing Lille defender Leny Yoro during the summer transfer window.
The Frenchman had a brilliant breakthrough season with the Ligue 1 outfit and he has now been touted to pursue a bigger club.
With his contract expiring next summer, Lille are prepared to sell him and reports claim that United have an advantage.
Real Madrid are firm admirers of the 18-year-old wonderkid, but they are reluctant to pay more than €40m for his services.
The European champions have spent a huge signing on fee to land Mbappe while they are keen on recruiting Alphonso Davies.
Davies could cost at least €50m from Bayern Munich. Los Blancos are therefore reluctant to pay over the odds for Yoro.
This has handed the advantage to Paris Saint-Germain and United, who appear prepared to spend a higher fee for him.
Lille are likely to play the waiting game on the youngster and could prefer to sell him to the highest bidder this summer.
