Manchester United have been keeping tabs on Danish midfielder Morten Hjulmand at the European Championship in Germany.
The Red Devils are long-term admirers of the Sporting Lisbon star and they have watched him on numerous occasions in the past year.
Record now claim that officials from the club were in attendance for Denmark's group stage encounter against England this week.
Hjulmand made a huge impression in that game, scoring a stunning equaliser for the Danes, who were the better team on the night.
The 24-year-old has no desire to part ways with Sporting at the moment, but it is claimed that clubs interested could still persuade him.
Sporting are currently not exploring his sale, but their stance could change if United or any other side trigger his €80 million release clause.
Hjulmand is known to be an Arsenal fan and has their logo on his left arm. Despite this, the Gunners are not considering any move for him.
