Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes is reportedly considering his future at the Red Devils after a dismal start to the campaign.
The Portuguese was hugely influential towards the club's third-place finish in the league last season, but his form has been inconsistent this term.
He was recently dropped from the starting XI for the 3-0 league defeat to Bournemouth and did not feature for the entire 90 minutes.
The result could lead to Michael Carrick's dismissal as the manager, but the change is unlikely to impact Fernandes' future decision.
The new manager could immediately reinstate Fernandes into the XI, but this may not necessarily change his stance on his contract.
His current deal expires in June next year, though United have the option to keep him for another 12 months with an extension clause.
Judging by his present stance, Fernandes could be sold next summer. There is said to be high-profile interest from the Saudi Pro League.
Al-Hilal remain firm admirers of the Red Devils captain.
