Chelsea are reluctant to pay £65 million to re-sign former striker Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth this summer, according to Football Insider.
The 26-year-old had a fascinating Premier League season with Bournemouth last term. He scored 19 goals from 38 league appearances.
His stock has significantly risen, but there are no clubs willing to sign him at the moment due to the Cherries' transfer demands.
The South Coast outfit don't want to lose Solanke this summer and they are currently holding out for his £65m release clause.
The Blues are said to be interested in signing their former graduate, but believe the current price is 'prohibitive' for a transfer.
Arsenal and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest, but neither of them are contemplating an approach as things stand.
Solanke looks set to continue with Bournemouth next season. He is happy at the club and does not plan to force through an exit.
Chelsea may have to look elsewhere for a new centre-forward.
