Manchester United are prepared to part ways with midfielder Scott McTominay if they receive around £30 million, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Scotland international has been a quality squad player for the Red Devils. He registered 10 goals for the Red Devils last term and was crucial to their top half of the table finish.
Despite this, the hierarchy have opened the door for his exit. The club are eyeing a new defensive midfielder and want to part ways with McTominay to recoup some of the funds.
Fulham have made two bids of £17m and £20m for the 27-year-old. United have rejected both proposals, but they have not ruled out his departure before the transfer window closes.
Should United receive £30m as a fixed fee, they are likely to grant his exit. The club will want a replacement first before parting ways and prefer an early sale in the initial weeks of August.
Aside from McTominay, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof are expected to be sold in the coming days.
