Arsenal could make a genuine move to sign Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak next year, according to TNAT.
The Gunners were tipped to land a new marksman in the recent transfer window, but they ended up without a signing.
Isak was obviously their prime target, but the Magpies had no desire to sanction his sale ahead of the 2024/25 season.
TNAT, who has been a solid Arsenal insider in recent years, has now revealed that the Sweden remains high on the wishlist.
The Gunners are expected to revisit their interest next summer and Isak could make the move if the Magpies fail to qualify for Europe.
He said: "I’ve been told Alexander Isak will be very, very high on Arsenal’s list — He’s definitely someone I expect them to revisit next summer."
"If Newcastle don’t get Europe, you’d imagine he’d be angling for a move."
Isak has had a decent start to the Premier League campaign. He has registered one goal and one assist from the first three games.
