Taye Taiwo to Premiership?

Taye Taiwo has been linked with a move to the Premiership. The Nigerian left back has revealed that he intends to stay at Marseille for one more year then make the move. Man Utd are reportedly interested in the player.

“I want to play with big players and play in the Champions League and in the top competitions every year,” Taiwo told Kickoff Nigeria.



"I don’t want to leave Marseille now.



"I want to wait for the right time and when it comes I will know.



"But I want play one more year in the French league and after that, I will see what happens.



"Even if I want to leave, I have to make sure I am going to a big club that is either as big as Marseille or bigger.



"So if I want to go to England, then it has to be to one of the big clubs, I don’t want to go to a club that is smaller than Marseille, because I need to make progress in my career.



"I want to play with big players and play in the Champions League and in the top competitions every year."
