Arsenal are close to agreeing personal terms with Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Matheus Cunha over a winter transfer, according to TNAT.
The Gunners are likely to bolster their forward ranks this month and reports claim that they are close to agreeing terms with Cunha.
The Brazilian has been a revelation for Wolves this campaign and he has already bagged 10 goals and four assists from 19 outings.
His form has impressed scouts at the north London giants and it remains to be seen whether they can prise him away from the Midlands side.
Cunha could be tempted to make the switch to the Emirates, but it is likely that Wolves will demand a premium fee for his potential exit.
The Midlands outfit are in a relegation battle at the tailend of the table and could easily demand around £60 million to sanction his departure.
Arsenal could be willing to make such an outlay, considering they have an outside chance of winning the league against Liverpool this term.
