Chelsea left-back Renato Veiga is reportedly keen on joining Wolverhampton Wanderers during the winter transfer window.
The Portuguese ace joined the Blues from Basel for £12 million and he has been sparingly used from the starting XI to date.
Wolves have had an opening bid rejected from Chelsea for Veiga, but the Midlands outfit are expected to make a fresh offer.
They are set to receive a boost from the defender too. The 21-year-old is prepared to push for an exit as he wants to play more.
Veiga is considered as the back-up option to Marc Cucurella at left-back and this may not change with the Spaniard's brilliant form.
It remains to be seen whether the Blues will sanction his exit. They may want a replacement first before contemplating his departure.
Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez has been mentioned as a potential target, but the Cherries may not entertain any bids in the current window.
With this in mind, Chelsea could block Veiga from leaving this winter.
