Portsmouth are reportedly interested in Sidney Govou. The French winger has been linked with a move to La Liga this summer, but the Lyon man is believed to be more interested in joining a Premiership club.
Govou is valued at around £7 million by his club, Lyon, and has been recommended Portsmouth by several friends, including Lassana Diarra and Sylvain Distin.
Harry Redknapp was reportedly in attendance at the French Cup Final between Lyon and Paris St Germain at the weekend, reportedly monitoring Govou.
Govou actually scored the winning goal in extra time for Lyon.
