Man City striker Valeri Bojinov could be set for a return back to Serie A after it emerged that Genoa were interested in landing the Bulgarian forward. Bojinov missed the majority of the season for City with injury.
Bojinov is believed to be interested in returning to italy, and Man City may allow him to leave for a fee estimated to be in the region of £6 million so that they can recoup some of their original outlay on the player.
Genoa are considering Bojinov as a replacement for Marco Borriello, who is expected to join AC Milan in the summer.
