Lens defender Nadir Belhadj is reportedly a target for Harry Redknapp's Portsmouth side. Belhadji is reportedly the subject of a £4 million bid from the Fratton Park side, who are expected to add to their squad this summer.
Belhadj is reportedly eager to leave Lens after they were relegated from Ligue 1.
The Algerian player is reluctant to play in Ligue 2, and a move back to his previous club Lyon
was also suggested.
The 25 year old has a contract at Lens until 2011, so the French side are eager to allow the player to move to cut their wage bill.
