Saudi Pro League giants Al Nassr are in advanced negotiations to sign Manchester United midfielder Casemiro, according to Saudi outlet Sport Jazirah.
The Brazil international had a good end to the previous campaign under manager Ruben Amorim. The Portuguese tactician praised the midfielder for quickly adapting to his tactics.
Despite this, a summer exit could be on the cards, considering Casemiro has entered the last year of his £350,000 per week contract at the Red Devils.
Sport Jazirah now claim that the Brazilian has given the green light for a move to the Saudi Pro League and Al Nassr are in concrete negotiations to finalise his transfer from United.
Casemiro was signed by the Red Devils for £70 million from Real Madrid few years ago, but he could be sold for as little as £15m.
In that way, United will avoid a loss under the Profit and Sustainability Rules. They would also save his enormous weekly wages.
They could use the funds saved to purchase a young defensive midfielder.
